Getting to Bhutan from Singapore

Druk Air's direct Singapore–Paro flights are a major advantage, they run a few times per week and dramatically simplify the trip. Booking the direct flight in advance is essential; it sells out for festival weeks. If the direct flight is full, transit via Bangkok adds 4–6 hours but offers more daily options.

Best time to visit from Singapore

October–November or March–April. Singapore's proximity makes shoulder seasons (May, September) more viable for short trips than they would be from longer-haul origins. Avoid the Singapore school holiday peaks (mid-Nov to Dec, mid-March, June) for better availability.
